I just saw this edit on Dano’s blog that Rob Picard made. It reminded me of good times – i filmed a bit for Rob and WVSC last year and i wished i had done more but i was just too swamped with gnarcore stuff. It was kind of a flake move i suppose. It’s nice to see another turnover of riders and coaches come out of Robs program and tear it up in the park. Through out it’s years of existence WVSC has churned out some awesome ridders and Rob Picard’s friendship with Dano  has always played into the success rate of his WVSC shreds, often providing them with their first ever photo shoot and eventually even perhaps a publication. A good session with Dano, although a hard thing to attain, can be a solid stepping stone to any young shred looking to break out in the Whistler scene, throw in some local pro’s like Mark Sollars and your sure to have a good shoot. We’ll have to keep our eyes peeled.
