GNARCORE declares PIECE! (official release w/ teaser)

We are making a movie… wait, a muther-fucking-movie,(as Brocklebank just informed me). GNARCORE LIVES! and this is the PIECE my friend. Snowboarding so raw it takes 30 frames to capture it, athletes so wild it would take a hundred lions to take them down. Behold the TEASERPIECE teaser from David Brocklebank on Vimeo..

This is mostly the work of Dave Brocklebank and E-man Anderson who have been spending their invaluable “off time” time editing in the dark damp depths of the art barn basement. I guess it gives them something to do while they’re nursing all those black eye’s, sore knees, and bruised wallets. The cast of athletes is ruthless, full of has been’s and never heard of’s and barley on the edge insanity. In true Gnarcore fashion the film will be a combination short film/snowboard video. David Rouleau and Gerhard Gross will be writing and directing the Short Film and E-man and Brocklebank will be pretty much heading up the shred flick, somewhere in between they’ll meet and we’ll have PIECE. The movie is set for release sometime after the 08/09 snowboard season and from there will no doubt embark on a nation wide screening tour …and then i’m sure someone will pirate it and put it on line. GNARCORE and gnarcore.com will also be releasing PIECE in a limited run of home video DVDs. We are very excited about this. IN the meantime ….we’ll be out snowboarding, see you in the spring, stay tuned for web vids & leaks.
